Metrc: Intermittent Connection Errors in Colorado

Flowhub has determined that Metrc's API is returning intermittent errors when connecting in the state of Colorado. This may cause issues with reporting sales, importing packages, running the Metrc discrepancy report, and connecting new API keys. Because the errors are intermittent, we recommend retrying if you receive an error when attempting one of the actions listed above.

We have reached out to Metrc's team about this issue and we will post here once we have an update.
