Identified - We are currently seeing a partial outage with Nug's Greet app that are not receiving the update properly, the most common reason for this is due to network issues. If you are seeing any issues with the Nug's Greet app not opening please call in to our Help Line so we can push the update to you all. You can reach us at (844) 356-9482 from 8am to 8pm MST.

Identified - Please note that Metrc has made a change to their spreadsheet upload format that has caused some manual CSV uploads to fail. Flowhub is quickly working on a solution for this issue. As of this time you can continue to upload sales via API or add an extra column before the Package ID column to your Metic Receipts CSV. Monitoring - Flowhub has received multiple reports regarding Windows 10 users attempting to print. After further investigation, we have found the recent update Windows update: "KB5004945" appears to be the cause. For more information, or to request assistance for a permanent solution please go to https://support.microsoft.com

Please note: This is not caused by the Flowhub application, and is an issue specific to Windows print jobs.
BE ADVISED that removing Window's updates can potentially remove crucial Security Updates and so we highly recommend reporting this issue to Microsoft at https://support.microsoft.com for a long term solution to keep your system up to date.

The following steps will provide a solution to remove this update to allow print jobs to process normally.

Hit the Windows key at the bottom-left of the keyboard
Type in "Update" and press Enter to open the Windows Update page
Click "Pause Updates for 7 days"
Click "View Update History"
Click "Uninstall Updates" at the top
Right-click on the update with the number "KB5004945", and click "Uninstall"
Allow uninstallation to proceed, and restart the PC when prompted. Label printers should function normally again after restart.

Resolved - Connection speeds to Metrc in Colorado seem to have returned to normal

Identified - Flowhub has determined that Metrc's API is returning slow response times when connecting in the state of Colorado. This may cause issues with reporting sales, importing packages, checking customer limits, running the Metrc discrepancy report, and connecting new API keys.

We have reached out to Metrc's team about this issue and we will post here once we have an update.
